How Do I Apply?
The College of Science Teacher Preparation does not require a formal application process. Any student with at least sophomore standing can take the first course in the program, STCH 250. Once you have decided that science teaching is for you, you are encouraged to meet with one of the program advisors to plan your course of study.
In order to be eligible for student teaching, you need to have a minimum overall GPA of 2.5, as well as a minimum GPA of 2.5 in your science or science education major.
